Clayton-Bradley Academy Appoints Steve Nowack as Next Head of School
The Board of Trustees of Clayton-Bradley Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen “Steve” Nowack as the school’s next Head of School, effective June 10, 2026.
Selected through a comprehensive search process led by the Board of Trustees and Head of School Search Committee, Mr. Nowack emerged as the unanimous choice to lead Clayton-Bradley Academy into its next chapter. Throughout the search, the committee remained focused on identifying a leader who embodies the school’s mission, values, and commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student-centered learning.
Mr. Nowack brings extensive educational leadership experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep commitment to fostering strong school communities. His passion for empowering students, supporting faculty and staff, and building meaningful relationships with families aligns closely with the culture and vision of Clayton-Bradley Academy.
