  • Names and Email Addresses: We collect names and email addresses when candidates voluntarily register on our website or subscribe to our newsletter/emails.

  • Resumes: You may have the option to upload a resume/CV/cover letter to our website. Please note that we discourage the inclusion of sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers (SSN) on resumes.

  • Recommendation Letters and Reference Lists: You may also upload recommendation letters and reference lists to our database.

Our Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”). Please review this policy periodically for updates or changes.  In the event of a dispute, we shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy promptly by formal mediation between persons who have authority to settle the controversy by Zoom. And if unable to resolve the dispute, then you consent to the EXCLUSIVE dispute forum of arbitration, before one AAA approved arbitrator by Zoom or in Greensboro, North Carolina, and under North Carolina law, without regard to conflict of law of another jurisdiction.
