St. Philip’s Episcopal School, a close-knit school in Beeville, Texas, seeks its next Head of School to lead a thriving community serving approximately 125 students from preschool through eighth grade. Founded in 1954 as the first Protestant parochial school in Bee County, St. Philip’s has a proud history of providing an academically challenging education within a nurturing Christian environment. With small classes, an 8:1 student-teacher ratio, daily chapel, and a strong commitment to academic excellence, character, and spiritual formation, St. Philip’s is a place where students are known, supported, and encouraged to grow. Position
The next Head of School will build upon St. Philip’s strong academic and spiritual foundation while providing thoughtful leadership for its next chapter. St. Philip’s Episcopal School seeks to foster growth in scholarship, character, and spiritual formation through a challenging academic environment & nurturing Christian atmosphere. This is an opportunity for a visible, relational, and mission-driven leader who will inspire faculty, engage families, nurture students, and strengthen the partnership between school and parish. The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator and collaborative leader who understands the unique strengths of a small school community. Warmth, accessibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to Episcopal education will be essential.
