Hill Country Montessori School is an American Montessori Society (AMS) accredited, non-profit school located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. HCMS is situated on 10 beautiful acres between Boerne and Spring Branch, near San Antonio, and offers an authentic Montessori education to students from preschool through 8th grade.
Position
Hill Country Montessori School seeks a dynamic and inspiring educational leader who will wholeheartedly embrace the mission. Core values, and the School culture as head of School in July 2026. A successful candidate will be an experienced leader who has experience with the Montessori approach, a skilled communicator, an affirming presence, and a confident manager with excellent organizational and fundraising skills. The School also seeks an interim Head for the 2025-2026 school year to begin work in August.
