Chatham Hall is located on a picturesque 365-acre campus in the Piedmont Region of Southern Virginia. The campus has a wonderful combination of historic buildings, green spaces and modern facilities. Visitors enter Pruden Hall and are immediately in “The Well,” a sweeping open staircase and entryway where the entire school community regularly gathers for assembly and announcements. The buildings of Pruden and Dabney, which house dorm rooms as well as classrooms, are connected by “The Arcade.”
Position
This Director provides innovative strategic leadership in all aspects of enrollment management, including overseeing all admission practices and outreach. This director collaborates closely with the strategic leaders in advancement, development, marketing, finance, and engagement. This Director has ultimate responsibility for the process of sourcing, attracting, yielding, enrolling, and retaining Chatham Hall students.
Serving on the School’s Rector’s Council and Administrative Leadership Team, the Director of Strategic Enrollment Management plays a critical role in driving enrollment growth and NTR and enhancing the school's visibility through strategic admission initiatives and collaboration on marketing and branding campaigns.
