Submission Requirements

To become a candidate with The Education Group, we require the following items to be sent to our office to activate your candidacy in a PDF format: 

REGISTRATION FORM
After completing this form, check your email for a confirmation.

RESUMÉ
Contact The Education Group for formatting help if needed. Make sure information is accurate, free of errors, current and inclusive.

PERSONAL STATEMENT
Let your uniqueness shine through in a 1-2 pages. Talk about possible topics in your life such as: your views on teaching, special talents or achievements, or why you chose to work in independent/private schools.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (3)
One letter must be written by your current supervisor if possible. School/Business letterhead preferred. Must have writer's signature. If current and available, forward a copy of your college placement file.

TRANSCRIPTS
Official or copy of an official transcript.

CONSENT FORM
Located at the bottom of the on-line registration form.

CERTIFICATION
You do not have to be certified to teach in most independent schools. However, if you are certified, please submit a copy for your file.

BACKGROUND CHECK
Please be aware that the school will perform background checks as part of the hiring process. If there is an issue in your past, it is in your best interest to address it with the school.
