Past President, Co-Founder
Founding partner and former president of The Education Group, Brooke Dudley boasts more than 40 years of experience in educational leadership. In his work as an educational consultant, Brooke has served thousands of clients around the country and internationally as they map their educational plans and enrollments in our schools. He has also established an extensive network of heads of schools, admissions directors, and other administrators that serve him well as he leads search and placement projects for TEG.
Throughout his career, Brooke has worked in a variety of independent school settings. He has served as Director of Admissions at St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Austin, TX, and as Alumni Director at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA. For seven years Brooke was Executive Director of the University of Texas Law School Foundation. In addition to having been a member of the Advisory Board of the Winston School in San Antonio, he has been a trustee of St. Luke’s Episcopal School, also in San Antonio. Brooke has served as president of the boards of the Austin Evaluation Center and All Saints Day School in Austin, Texas. Additionally, he served as Executive Director of the San Antonio Art Institute.
An active member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), Brooke is the former chair of the Board of IECA and the founding chair of its foundation. In addition, Brooke was a partner in the Peninsula Group, a management consulting firm for independent schools.
